Requirements:

· Must be or have been a nurse (RN or LPN) with availability to attend a minimum of 2-3 services per year.  

· Willing to cover approximately a 50 mile radius.

Uniform Requirements:

· White uniform (Pants or dress; easily found online)

· White shoes; white tennis shoes are acceptable

· White socks or hose

Ladies: 

· Cape- given to you from the Iowa City Nure Honor Guard Leadership Committee

· Nursing cap (can use your own if it in good condition, otherwise available through the Guard.

Men: 

· Navy Stole Sash - given to you from the Iowa City Nure Honor Guard Leadership Committee

Orientation:

· Attend approximately an hour long orientation prior to participating.

Notification process

· Groupme and/or text from Leadership Committee sent out to verify members who can attend.

· Need minimum of 4 for a service.
